At my club near Tokyo, the rules were few, and everyone knew them. These are the rules for my books and my membership. Each card says one thing.

- Each book is a PDF for your own use.
- Hotmart runs the checkout and is the seller of record.
- Membership: 7 days free, then monthly until you cancel.
- Check with your doctor before new exercise.
- Every golfer gets different results.

These terms cover this site, the books and the membership. All three run under the name Akira Tanaka Golf.

Your books, for you
What exactly do I get when I buy a book?
Each book is a PDF. Nothing is shipped to your house.
Your license is personal. Read the book, and print it for yourself. Please do not share it, resell it, upload it or copy it for others.
After you buy, Hotmart emails you the book link. You can always open your books at consumer.hotmart.com. Log in with the email you used to buy.
Paying at Hotmart
Who takes my money when I buy?
Payment happens on a secure checkout page run by Hotmart, a payment platform. Hotmart processes the payment and is the seller of record at checkout.
You can pay by card, PayPal or Apple Pay. The price is the one shown at checkout.
Hotmart has its own terms and privacy policy.
The weekly card by email
How does the membership work, and how do I stop it?
Members receive letters by email, with a weekly card of stretching and rhythm. You may reply with questions.
The first 7 days are free. After that, it is charged every month until you cancel.
To cancel, go to consumer.hotmart.com. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund months already passed.
Your body first
Is it safe for me to start these exercises?
Golf is physical activity. Check with your doctor before you start any new exercise.
If anything hurts, stop.
What I teach is general instruction. It is not medical advice.
Each golfer is different
Can you promise me more yards or a lower score?
No. Results vary from person to person.
I give you the lessons in order. The practice, and the result, are yours.

Are the pictures of Akira on this site photos?
The pictures of me on this site are illustrations.
Who owns the lessons
Can I copy the cards for my golf friends?
All books, letters, text and pictures belong to Akira Tanaka Golf.
They are for your personal use only. Please send your friends to the site instead.
Limits of responsibility
If something goes wrong, what are you responsible for?
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses.
Our total responsibility is limited to what you paid.
Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer by law.

Can these terms change later?
Yes. If they change, we update this page and its “Last updated” date.
